ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Polydec works with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), a digital management system which was completely developed and programmed within the company. The system is continuously optimized by Polydecs' specialized IT team.
The network-based system offers a large number of advantages on many different levels:

Planning and management of fabrication (adherence to delivery deadlines);

Management of tools, equipment and raw materials (demand analysis, automatic ordering);

The quality management is also integrated in the ERP. This primarily includes the sector-specific tools of the automotive industry, such as FMEA, controlling planning, maintenance planning, audit planning, MSA, PPAP, corrective actions, etc...
