Polydec SA uses 2 types of automatic screw machines:

Escomatic Automatic Lathes
Escomatics are used for standard parts where the machine turns around the material. This method allows for high levels of productivity and the ability to produce large series at very competitive prices.

CNC Automatic Machine Tools
CNC Machine tools are used for the production of very small and complex pieces. Contrary to the Escomatics, in this case the material itself turns and is worked on accordingly.

The principle machining method used is turning, enabling the production of all types of rotational solids, However, other processing methods are also used in the same work cycles for specific applications, such as polygonal turning, knurling, and milling.
