The complex process of production and control requires a seamless and elaborate infrastructure of measurement and quality control. As part of this process, Polydec is constantly developing and adjusting machines according to the requirements of production.

With proprietary modifications on standard machines, Polydec has invented and implemented systems that satisfy the strictest guidelines, such as special optical installations for control. Thanks to the development of machines that can automatically measure profiles, certain automated controls allow for the guarantee of requirements dictated by the customer, allowing for the number of defects per million pieces (ppm) to be less than 1 in some cases.
